Refund Policy

At Longevity PCW, we aim to ensure all orders are processed correctly. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies.

General Policy

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise
  • No refunds for opened or used products
  • Refunds only apply under specific conditions

Eligible Refunds

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo/video evidence

2. Incorrect Item Received

  • Report within 48 hours

3. Lost in Transit

  • Confirmed by courier investigation

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Misuse of products
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Customs issues or legal restrictions

Order Cancellation

  • Allowed only before processing/shipping
  • Not possible after dispatch

Refund Processing

  • Issued to original payment method
  • May take 5–10 business days

In some cases, a replacement may be provided instead.
